About the intercultural communication major

This major explores practices, trends and difficulties that arise when people from different cultural backgrounds attempt to communicate and understand one another.

The intercultural communication major also examines current theory and research on communication and culture, race, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability and other diversity issues.
