The master’s communication program prepares you for success in the workplace and in further academics by equipping you with the excellent written and verbal communication skills desired by employers.
Our Master of Arts in Communication graduates often find employment in a variety of fields, including the following:
- Communication instructor
- Human resources management
- Nonprofit administration
- Public relations
- Event planning
In addition to equipping you with the necessary skills for success in the workplace, the communication graduate program prepares you for further doctoral study and teaching at the university level. Our graduates have pursued their Ph.D. and received assistantships at top universities, including the University of Kansas, the University of Oklahoma, and Ohio University.
